At Forge Safety Personnel, we aim to provide fast, reliable shipping for all orders. Below are the details regarding our shipping process:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping Options & Rates: We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the delivery address.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while expedited shipping may take 2–3 business days.
  • Backorders: We strive to keep our website inventory up to date to avoid backorders. However, in rare cases—such as multiple customers ordering the same product simultaneously—an item may be sold even though it is no longer available. In these situations, the item will be placed on backorder and fulfilled as quickly as possible, typically within 3 to 4 weeks, once restocked. We will notify you if your order includes any backordered items.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working to expand our reach and will notify customers once international shipping becomes available.

Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. For health and safety reasons, used or damaged PPE items cannot be returned.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@forgesafetypse.com. They will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please reach out to our customer service team. Your replacement item will be shipped as soon as we receive the returned item.
