Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $40. Simply place an order above this threshold, and we’ll cover the shipping cost.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping may take 2-3 business days.

International Shipping: Currently, we only offer domestic shipping. We are working to expand and will notify customers once international shipping is available.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition. PPE items that have been used or damaged cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Refunds: Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. The new item will be sent as soon as the returned item is received.
